    You will need to complete one of these for every default or judgment you are applying to have removed.

    You will need to complete one of these for every Telephone, Mobile Phone, Internet Account or any other 'Telco' default or judgment you are applying to have removed.

    This is the Energy Default Information sheet.
    It collects specific information only about your Energy related judgment or default
    You will need to complete one of these for every Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill or any other 'energy' default or judgment you are applying to have removed.

    MyCra finance Default Info Sheet

    This is the Finance Default Information sheet.
    It collects specific information only about your finance or banking related judgment or default
    You will need to complete one of these for every Credit Card, Mortgage, Personal Loan or any other 'finance' default or judgment you are applying to have removed.
    Make sure you answer EVERY question

    MyCra Any Other Default Info Sheet

    This is the Any Other Default Information sheet.
    It collects specific information about your non Banking, Energy or Telco related judgment or default
    You will need to complete one of these for every 'other type' of default or judgment you are applying to have removed.
    These defaults often include, Council Rates Defaults or Judgments, Supplier Defaults or Judgments and so on.

    MyCra Letter Of Authority

    This is the MyCra Letter Of Authority.
    The MyCra Letter Of Authority is a document that allows MyCra to contact, and speak directly with your Creditors and Credit Reporting Agencies.
    You will need to sign and date (only) one of these forms for every default, judgment or enquiry you want to have removed.
    You will also need one additional signed and dated (only) LOA for the Credit Reporting Agency.
    Make sure you only sign and date the LOA as we often find that if the creditor information isn't completed 100% EXACTLY correctly, that the creditor WILL NOT accept it and we will have to chase you up for another copy.
    Experience has taught us that it is easier for MyCra to complete the creditor details once we have begun negotiations on your behalf.
    This has proven to save a lot of time and hassle for our clients.
